| OMBAC Women's Water Polo Mission Statement The mission of the Old Mission Beach Athletic Club (OMBAC)’s Women’s Water Polo shall be to contribute to the growth of the sport of water polo and to provide an opportunity for each athlete to achieve their highest level of personal performance on the local, regional, or national levels. OMBAC Water Polo represents a diverse group of women who share a common goal to achieve success at the highest level possible while abiding by the standards of good sportsmanship and ethical conduct. OMBAC Water Polo’s purpose is to offer quality water polo and a wide variety of social events throughout the year to athletes of all ages, races, colors and religions. The team includes players with a wide range of experience and ability levels, from athletes who have played polo at one point to veteran players, and an age range from nineteen to over sixty. OMBAC Water Polo is committed to train competitively, promoting the sport of water polo in an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork, discipline, integrity, and competing with dignity and pride. |
