PRACTICE TIMES as of January 30th, 2010:
Practices on Tuesday will focus on conditioning with half the practice dedicated to swimming and the other
half to drills. Saturday practices will have an hour of conditioning followed by a scrimmage.
Amy Jennings also holds a practice at Miramar College on Thursday evenings if you're looking for more pool
time. It's from 7:30 - 9:00 PM at 10440 Black Mountain Rd, San Diego 92126. Contact Amy for more details at
